The house rents each room privately with a month to month lease options to provide flexibility and freedom for renters. Currently, 2 of the 4 rooms are rented. Each room rents for $500 per month, for the exception of the master bedroom. The master has already been rented. The other 3 bedrooms have a shared bathroom.
